Return & Refund Policy — Kinara Kirana

1. General Policy
All sales on kinarakirana.com are considered final upon delivery. Given the nature of our products — premium food items, teas, coffee, spices, and dry fruits — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and quantities carefully before placing an order.

2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellation request will be entertained. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, contact us immediately at info@kinarakirana.com or +91 92575 76230. Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of Kinara Kirana.

3. Eligible Claims — The Only Exceptions
We will consider a claim only under the following strictly defined circumstances:

The product received is visibly damaged due to transit
The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
The product received is past its expiry date at the time of delivery

No other reason — including change of mind, dislike of taste, flavour preference, or gifting error — will be considered grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

4. How to Raise a Claim
If your order qualifies under the conditions above, you must:

Contact us at info@kinarakirana.com within 48 hours of delivery — no exceptions
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and minimum 3 photographs clearly showing the damage, incorrect product, or expiry date
Retain the original packaging — claims made without original packaging will not be processed

Claims raised beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of reason.

5. Assessment & Resolution
All claims are subject to internal review and verification. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

A store credit for future purchases — our preferred resolution
A replacement of the same product, subject to availability
A partial or full refund — only in cases where replacement is not possible

The resolution offered is entirely at the discretion of Kinara Kirana. Customers do not have the right to demand a specific form of resolution.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if issued, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. Kinara Kirana is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway partners during refund processing.

7. Products Not Eligible for Any Claim
The following will not qualify for return, refund, or replacement under any circumstances:

Products with tampered, opened, or missing seals at the time of the photograph
Products not stored as per the instructions on the label after delivery
Products claimed after the 48-hour window
Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
Gift hampers or bundled sets — partially; only the specific damaged or incorrect item within a hamper may be considered, not the full hamper
Products purchased during sale, promotional, or discounted pricing events


8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the order will be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued. Refused deliveries on cash-on-delivery orders may result in the customer being blocked from future COD transactions on our platform.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India under applicable Indian law.
