1. About Us
Kinara Kirana is a House of Brands operated by Bajaj Exports, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We sell premium Indian food products under our sub-brands — Astraea (teas), Pouring Monkey (coffee), and KVR (spices & dry fruits) — and offer curated KK Gift Hampers.
2. Products & Food Safety
All products are food items intended for personal consumption. Applicable products are FSSAI compliant. KVR spices are AGMARK certified. Product images are representative — actual colour, weight, or packaging may vary slightly between batches. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have allergies or a medical condition, please read product labels carefully and consult a healthcare professional before consuming.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of confirmed payment will be honoured. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A full refund will be issued in all such cases within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location. Kinara Kirana is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Kinara Kirana name, logos, sub-brand names (Astraea, Pouring Monkey, KVR), tagline ("Thoda Desi, Thoda Hatke."), and all product content — is the property of Bajaj Exports. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with the site's operation, or submitting false information. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kinara Kirana / Bajaj Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
